Appointment of Directors

The directors of Livermore are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Sideras and Antonis Loyides as directors of the Company, with immediate effect.

Chris, who joins the Board as an executive director, joined the Group in 2005 and currently serves as Livermore's Finance Manager. As a member of the Investment Committee, he brings his extensive accounting experience in investment firms and financial institutions. Prior to joining Livermore, he worked at Alltech Investments Ltd, Deloitte & Touche and Pannell Kerr Forster. Chris is a registered CPA in New Jersey, USA, and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University (MSU).

Antonis joins the Board as a non-executive director. He has worked at PwC and Grant Thornton, in financial reporting and analysis, auditing, banking advisory and taxation, and was the IFRS and Training Partner of Grant Thornton Cyprus. He has led advanced level professional courses on financial reporting, auditing and banking for ICAEW, ACCA, and AIA exams at the school of professional studies in Limassol, and courses on financial reporting, auditing, taxation and costing at the University of Cyprus. He is a ICAEW Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and has been a member of ICPAC's Accounting Standards Committee for 10 years. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting, Finance and Economics from the University of Sheffield.

Further information regarding Chris Sideras and Antonis Loyides, in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), is set out in the Appendix below.

Christos (Chris) Sideras (aged 53) holds or has held the following directorships or partnerships in the past 5 years:

Antonis Loyides (aged 50) does not currently hold, or has held in the last 5 years, any directorships or partnerships.

Neither Chris Sideras nor Antonis Loyides hold a direct, or indirect, interest in the Company's issued share capital.

Save for the information set out in the announcement, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in respect of the appointments of the directors.
