(NASDAQ: LPSN), a leading provider of conversational solutions, today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nSecond Quarter Highlights\nTotal revenue was $91.6 million for the second quarter of 2020, an increase of 29% as compared to the same period last year. Within total revenue, business operations revenue for the second quarter of 2020 increased 30% year over year to $84.0 million, and revenue from consumer operations increased 24% year over year to $7.6 million.\nLivePerson signed 7 seven-figure deals and 134 deals in total in the second quarter, including the addition of 47 new and 87 existing customer contracts.
