Jonathan takes over the role of Chairman from David King, who will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.\n \nJonathan brings extensive experience in the financial services industry. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Barclays PLC. Prior to his role at Barclays, he was head of Bank of America's European business until 2013 and became the Chief Executive Officer of Merrill Lynch International following the merger of the two institutions in 2008.\n \nPatrick Moloney, Chief Executive Officer of LCM, said:\n\"As we expand LCM's international focus, we're thrilled to have further strengthened our team with the appointment Jonathan as Chairman.
