(“\n \n \n Monumental\n \n \n ”)\n(TSX-V: MNRL; FSE: BE5) to acquire up to 75% of the 5200-hectare Salar\nDe Laguna Blanca project (the “\n \n \n Laguna Project\n \n \n ”) located near the town of\nSan Pedro de Atacama, Chile.\n \n \n \n \n The Laguna Project is located within the prolific\nlithium triangle, a zone within the central Andes high desert that\nincludes Chile, Argentina, and Bolivia. This zone is estimated to\ncontain more than half of the world’s lithium supply beneath the\nmany salt flats, also known as salars, that are common to the region.\nThe Laguna Project includes both active and paleo salar brines and\nsalts (Fig. 1). The Laguna Blanca property consists of\n \n \n \n \n 23 exploration concessions\ntotaling 5,200 hectares, 100% owned by Lithium Chile through its\nwholly owned Chilean subsidiary Minera Kairos Chile Limitada\n(“\n \n \n Minera Kairos\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n (Fig. 2).\n \n \n \n \n The Laguna Project is an early exploration stage\nproject that is accessible from the town of San Pedro de Atacama, 80\nkilometres to the west via the paved road 27CH to the north end of\nSalar de Aguas Calientes then a truck accessible trail heading north\nto the interior of the property.
