The Phase Two development\nprogram is designed to increase the Company’s previously announced\n1,420,000 metric tonne lithium carbonate resource and to expand the\ncommercial potential of the Arizaro project.\n \n \n \n \n PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 340 mg/l in the first exploration\nhole is 14% higher than the resource grade used in the Company’s\nmaiden resource report;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Completed two of four planned\nexploration holes with a third hole underway;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n First of three planned production\nholes has commenced;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Critical fresh water well completed\nencountering 100 metre fresh water aquifer;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Metallurgical studies underway to\ndetermine best lithium extraction process.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Exploration Holes -\nHighlights:\n \n \n \n \n The Company has completed the first two holes of its\nplanned four-hole diamond drill program and is 250 metres into the\nthird hole (See Figure 1 for hole locations).\n \n \n \n \n The first hole was drilled approximately 5 kilometers\naway from the initial production test well yet encountered the brine\naquifer at 357 metres, 25 metres deeper than the initial hole. The\nformation was still open in coarse black sands when drilling stopped\nat 465 metres as a result of the drilling rig capacity. Industry\naccepted field sampling was done using the Company’s Turbospec\nlithium analyzer and returned assays of 340 mg/ litre of lithium.
