(“\n \n \n Lithium Chile\n \n \n ” or\nthe “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n (\n \n \n TSXV:LITH)\n(OTC:LTMCF)\n \n \n announces that it has completed\nits\n \n \n production well drilled on its\n23,300-hectare property located in the Salar de Arizaro, Salta\nProvince, Argentina.\n \n \n \n \n ARIZARO PRODUCTION TEST WELL\nUPDATE\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - The production well has been completed on time and on\nbudget with a depth of 452 meters.\n \n \n \n \n - Drilling determined that the Arizaro salar contains\ndistinct formations deposited in layers– the upper halite cap and\nbelow that a clastic layer containing sands and gravel. These clastics\nare the favorable formation to host brine solutions.\n \n \n \n \n - The well was logged with the following tools:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - QL40-SGR. Measurement of formation natural\nradioactivity and contributions of Uranium, Thorium and Potassium.\nBetween 0-443 m depth.\n \n \n \n \n - QL40-FTC. Borehole fluid conductivity and temperature\nmeasurement\n \n \n . Between 0-443 m depth.\n \n \n \n \n - QL40-IND-C. Formation resistivity measurement.\nBetween 0-443 m depth.\n \n \n \n \n - QL40-ABI-2G. Measurement of ultrasonic images. Entre\n0 y 443 m de profundidad.\n \n \n \n \n - BMR-90. Measurement of borehole magnetic resonance\nfor porosity and permeability. Between 4-443 m with TE (time spacing)\nof 1200 microseconds. First meters below casing were avoided due to\nthe metal interference on magnetic field.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Geophysical results confirm promising clastic brines\nbetween 330 meters and 452 meters.\n \n \n \n \n - Drilling went smoothly through the halite cap and hit\nthe clastics layer at approximately 330 meters and ran back into a\nclay layer at 452 meters. The key clastic target was 120 meters thick.\n The down-hole geophysical logs show greater than 25% porosity.\n \n \n \n \n - The next stage in the evaluation of the well involves\nof the running of custom-made casing and liners to ensure that the\nsamples are not contaminated such that accurate lithium grades can be\nobtained during pump testing. The casing and liners ...
