(“Catalent”) to evaluate, in a preclinical setting, the efficacy of Lisata's iRGD cyclic peptide product candidate, certepetide, as a payload used in the context of Catalent’s SMARTag® antibody-drug conjugate (“ADC”) dual-payload technology platform for the treatment of difficult-to-treat-diseases, including advanced solid tumors. Under the terms of the agreement, Catalent will assume full responsibility for all research and development expenses and Lisata will provide consulting support.
