[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \nLEI: 549300XVXU6S7PLCL855\n \nFor immediate release\n13 June 2023\n \nLiontrust Asset Management Plc\n \n(\"Liontrust\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPublication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting\n \nCancellation of the share premium account\n \n \nLiontrust announces that it is today posting a circular to shareholders (the \"Circular\") in connection with the proposed cancellation of the entire amount currently standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account (the \"Capital Reduction\").\n \nThe Capital Reduction is conditional upon the approval of Liontrust's shareholders and approval by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales.
