Mr. Archibald has worked with the company over many years on the majority of its mineral exploration projects as the Qualified Person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101. As such, the company is presently in discussions with several qualified individuals for the purposes of becoming the new Qualified Person going forward.\n\nMr. John Archibald replaces Mr. Richard Rivet who served as the Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer for almost 11 years from the time company was incorporated on March 20th, 1998 until his resignation as announced on January 26th, 2009.\n\nMr. John Archibald\n\nJohn Archibald, A.P.G.O., P.Geo., is self-employed as a consulting geologist working under contract for a number of mineral exploration companies. He graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Geology. Mr. Archibald is a member of the Ontario Prospectors Association (Southern Ontario Branch) and is a Fellow in the Geological Association of Canada (FGAC).
