Aludyne to Divest Certain North American Business Assets to Linamar Corporation
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., October 09, 2025--Aludyne Inc. ("Aludyne" or the "Company"), a global lightweighting solutions and components supplier to the mobility industry, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell certain assets of its North American business operations ("Aludyne North America"), to Linamar Corporation ("Linamar") in a transaction valued at USD 300 million (the "Transaction").
