[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n5 September 2023\nLikewise Group plc\n(\"Likewise\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nGrant of Options, SAYE Exercise & Total Voting Rights\nLikewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces the grant of new share options to employees and the issue of ordinary shares of £0.01 each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to good leavers from the Group's existing Save As You Earn (\"SAYE\") schemes. \nGrant of Options\nLikewise has granted options over 400,000 Ordinary Shares to four employees of the Group under the rules of the Group's existing company share option plan (\"CSOP\"). None of the awards have been granted to PDMRs or senior management of the Group.
