Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting (“Extraordinary General Meeting”) of Lighthouse Global Holdings, Inc (”Company”) will be held at 7:30 p.m. (SGT) on  03 December 2021 at the executive office of the Company in Singapore. Shareholders are invited to attend the EGM virtually.

The EGM was organized for the sole purpose of exploring a possible collaboration with another company.

Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting must notify the Company of their intention to attend by 6:30 p.m. (SGT) on 03 December 2021 by emailing us at [email protected]
