Lift Global Ventures plc (AQSE: LFT), an investment and acquisition company focused on foundational artificial intelligence, announces that Saqib Ahmed Mir has ceased to be Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 March 2026. Mr Mir has also ceased to be Chief Executive Officer and a director of Miriad Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with effect from the same date.

The Board wishes Mr Mir well for the future.

David Richards MBE, Executive Chairman, will assume executive oversight of the Company's operations. A further announcement regarding the management of Miriad Limited will be made in due course.
