(\"Namaste\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) today announced that it filed its annual consolidated financial statements for the fifteen months ended November 30, 2018, related management discussion and analysis and applicable officer certificates (the \"Annual Filings\").  The Company also filed its interim financial statements for the three months ended February 28, 2019, related management discussion and analysis and applicable officer certificates (the \"Interim Filings\"). The Annual Filings and Interim Filings can be accessed on the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.  The Company is now current on its continuous disclosure. \n\n \n \n\n \nOn March 18, 2019, the Company announced that it would not be in a position to file its Annual Filings by the filing deadline of April 1, 2019. On April 2, 2019 and April 4, 2019, at the request of the Company, the British Columbia Securities Commission (\"BCSC\") and the Ontario Securities Commission (\"OSC\"), respectively, granted the Company a Management Cease Trade Order (\"MCTO\"). The application for the MCTO was made by the Company in respect to the expected late Annual Filings beyond the filing deadline of April 1, 2019.
