Second Street Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that FINRA has completed its review of the Issuer-Company Related Action Notification Form submitted to FINRA by the Company in connection with the change of the Company’s name from Calton, Inc. to Second Street Capital, Inc. and the previously announced one-for-ten reverse split of the Company’s Common Stock.  These events were reflected in the information posted with respect to the Company on otcmarkets.com on January 26, 2012.
