The firm provides merger and acquisition services, operational consulting, debt restructuring, strategic planning, capital formation, capital sourcing and financial services advice to the homebuilding industry and to entities seeking to invest in homebuilding.\n \nMr. Albers background has focused on Real Estate, Finance, and Homebuilding including serving as the Chief Financial Office for Centex Homes. During the 19 years prior to joining Centex Homes, Bill gained financial and strategic planning experience while serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Computer City and the Vice President of Business Development at Pizza Hut International. Mr. Albers earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.\n \nMr. McCain comes from a successful career in homebuilding as General Counsel and Vice President of Lennar Corporation and, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Financial Services. Prior to his tenure with Lennar served over an eleven year period as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of John Alden Asset Management Company, the investment advisor subsidiary of John Alden Life Insurance Company.
