TORONTO, February 10, 2012) - Sea Green Capital Corp. ("Sea Green" or, the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SGS) is pleased to announce that all matters up for consideration at its annual and special shareholder meeting were approved by shareholders, including the name change and consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares. The Directors have been authorized to determine whether or not to proceed with the name change and consolidation.
