BIRD was established in 1977 by the governments of\n \n the United States\n \n and\n \n Israel\n \n .\n \n \n \"We have been working very closely with our Israeli partner, Levitection, on a multi-sensor, contactless public safety security solution to identify covert threats,\" said\n \n Bill Frain\n \n , CEO of Liberty Defense.
