Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share of the Company (a “\n \n Warrant Share\n \n ”) at an exercise price of C$0.35 per Warrant Share from the date that is 61 days after the closing date of the Offering until the date that is 24 months following the date of closing of the Offering.
