Lexington Gold (AIM: LEX), the gold exploration and development company with projects in South Africa and the USA, is pleased to announce that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. (Bermudan time) on Monday, 4 March 2024 at the Company's registered office at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda. The formal Notice of AGM (incorporating an Explanatory Memorandum) was posted on 9 February 2024 to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website at www.lexingtongold.co.uk.
