(\"LeoNovus\") (TSXV:LTV), a leading Internet developer with its SMART Media Platform and distributed Cloud Services, and 360 VOX Corporation (\"360 VOX\") (TSXV: VOX), a global real estate company with hospitality services, asset management, real estate development and marketing and sales businesses announced today a partnership to deliver LeoNovus products and services to the multi-billion dollar global hospitality market. The Companies have signed an Agreement with an initial hotel group and are deploying their first phase of the project. \nThe LeoNovus hospitality product delivers a full suite of in-room infotainment, which provides just-in-time services and updates such as in-room dining, promotional advertising and real-time guest services information without printing or updating large binders. The newly designed easy-to-use interface with a full browser also allows for access to email and Facebook, or sourcing local hometown news and entertainment. Additionally the product leverages LeoNovus' proprietary Dark Core processing technologies to optimize an internal network for purposes of adding new revenue streams from cloud services. \n\"LeoNovus' unique technology allows us to take what is currently considered a cost center and move it into a profit center increasing the overall asset value of the hotel,\" said Robin Conners, President and CEO of 360 VOX. \"We are delighted to have partnered with LeoNovus to scale this worldwide.\"\n\"Partnering with an international industry leader in the hospitality market sector is a great fit for LeoNovus so that we can marry our ground breaking technology with their market expertise for the best outcome,\" said Gordon Campbell, CEO of LeoNovus. \"360 VOX is extremely experienced worldwide and is an ideal partner to ramp multiple services into this large marketplace including the ability to tap into the high growth cloud market opportunity with a premium offering.\" \nThe Companies are working to target properties in both Canada and the US to start.
