This is in reference to our earlier intimation dated July 4, 2025 whereby we had informed the execution of a Leave and License Agreement with M/s Amson Tek Pvt Ltd for premises located at Plot No A-671, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Borivali, Navi Mumbai 400709 intended to be used as an additional manufacturing facility. We wish to inform that the Company and Lessor have mutually agreed to terminate the said lease agreement with effect from July 21, 2025 and the Company shall accordingly vacate the premises on or before August 15, 2025.Detailed disclosure is attached.
