About this update from Legends Business Group, Inc.

[{"type":"text","content":"Legends Business Group, Inc. ? Restorer Charger Pricing is More Competitive; Legends Retains SEC Attorney.Legends Business Group (LGBS: PK), today announced it is reducing the price of its Restorer Charger (RC) to be more competitive with similar battery restorers in todays market.Legends will offer its Restorer Charger for $699 on Amazon.com starting June 19, 2013. ?Similar battery restorers on the market are retailing for $760 and only have half the features,? said Rudy Sablon, LGBS?s President and CEO. The RC restorer utilizes complex charging algorithms in association with bi-directional feedback to attain the optimal charging sequence for each charging session. Unlike conventional rejuvenators and de-sulfating equipment, which tend to use high current to restore batteries the RC continuously adjusts throughout its complex cycle. The RC also features battery charging capabilities and real time information via a terminal session established on a computer with a USB port.  ?Legends goal with this price reduction is to make our products more accessible to small businesses like auto supply stores, auto mechanics and the every day consumer who is looking for the alternative to throwing out old and used batteries,? said Rudy Sablon, LGBS?s President and CEO. Legend?s would also like to announce they have retained an SEC attorney, The Law Office of Barbara A. Moran, PA. With Legends preparing to file its Form 10, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company felt it was beneficial to retain Moran, who has worked with Legends in the past and has an extensive knowledge of its history. Having an experienced SEC attorney who knows the company well will help Legend?s move efficiently through the process and return itself to a fully reporting bulletin board company. If you would be interested in distributing Legends products, please email Legends at [email protected] more information on Legends current projects, please visit: http://www.legendspower.com/current_projects.phpAbout Legends Business GroupLegends Business Group, Inc., was incorporated in March 2006, and is a publicly traded company.
