(TSXV: LPS) announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to certain employees, directors and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 1,931,666 common shares in the capital of the Company.\n\nThe options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share, and will vest over a 3-year period.
