(TSX-V: LPS)\n announces that:\n\n\nIt has extended the expiry date of 16,029,664 warrants by a year to\n September 28, 2014 at an exercise price of $0.15. These warrants were\n previously issued in March 2012 for expiry on September 28, 2013. The\n warrant exercise price remains unchanged.\n\nIt has granted incentive stock options to employees, officers and\n consultants to purchase up to 2,451,900 common shares for a period of 5\n years at $0.10 per share.
