(TSX.V:\n LPS) (\"Legend Power\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that, at\n the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on March\n 29, 2012 and reconvened on April 12, 2012 after an adjournment (the\n \"Meeting\"), each of Randy Buchamer, Douglas Blakeway, Michael Harcourt,\n Troy Moreira, Dr. Jan Carr and Michael Atkinson were re-elected to the\n Board of Directors of the Company (the \"Board\"), and D&H Group LLP,\n Chartered Accountants was re-appointed as auditors of the Company.\n\n\nIn addition to the customary corporate matters approved at the Meeting,\n the Company's shareholders also approved the continuation of the\n Company's 10% rolling share option plan dated for reference March 24,\n 2010, as amended March 17, 2011, and an increase in the authorized\n capital of the Company to a minimum of 200,000,000 common shares and,\n subject to any necessary judicial approvals, to an unlimited number of\n common shares.
