Background
1. Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd. (the Issuer) is a reporting issuer under the Securities Act
(Alberta) (the Act) and has failed to file the following periodic disclosure pursuant to
section 146 of the Act:
(a) annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and
analysis, certification of annual filings and annual information forms for the years
ended 31 December 2012 and 31 December 2013; and
(b) interim unaudited financial statements, interim management's discussion and
analysis, and certification of interim filings for the interim periods ended 30
September 2012, 31 March 2013, 30 June 2013, 30 September 2013, 31 March
2014 and 30 June 2014.
Decision
2. Under section 33.1 of the Act, it is ordered that trading or purchasing cease in respect of
any security of the Issuer until this order has been revoked or varied.
