Mr. English succeeds Christian A.J. Baeza, former Senior Vice \n President and Chief Financial Officer, whose employment with the Company \n terminated on May 20, 2019.\n \n \n Mr. English, 62, is a certified public accountant and has more than 30 \n years of experience in finance and accounting. Since October 2016 \n through April 2019, he served in a variety of CFO and CFO consulting \n roles including, CFO advisory partner at Aventine Hill Partners (CFO \n advisory professional services firm), Alternate Health Corp. (Canadian \n public company), and Peak Health Corp. (Private clinical laboratory). \n From July 2011 to July 2016, he served as CFO for Zix Corporation and \n Controller from June 2007 to June 2011. Prior to that, Mr. English was \n Vice President of Finance for Advanced Fiber Communications from March \n 2004 through June 2005, and Vice President of Finance for Marconi, PLC \n from June 1999 to February 2004. Previously, he served as Division \n Controller for the Access Division of RELTEC Corporation, Division \n Controller at Rockwell Automation and Division Controller at Reliance \n Electric Company.
