Blow & Drive Interlock
Corporation Begins Servicing DUI/DWI Offenders
LOS ANGELES, August [__], 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) –Blow &
Drive Interlock Corporation (OTCQB:BDIC) announced today that it has begun to
generate revenue from the leasing, installation and monitoring of DUI/DWI
offenders, as part of their DMV or Court-mandated requirements. With the recent launching of 13 service
center locations across California and Oregon, Blow and Drive Interlock has
begun to generate recurring monthly revenue for the monitoring and reporting of
driver data to state judicial authorities.
"Our initial goals from inception to revenue generation
have been accomplished" said the CEO, Laurence Wainer, "We built the
prototype, spent 7 painstaking months completing the NHTSA certification in an
ISO lab certification and we are now certified and operating in two states. Our staff is actively installing our BDI-747
Ignition Interlock on a regular basis and we are finally in the business of
saving lives by "Eliminating Drinking from Driving".
The BDI-747 device is currently approved in California,
Oregon and Colorado. As of August 18, 2015, the Company has established 7
service centers in California and 6 in Oregon.
The Company has an additional 10 state approvals currently pending and
we are expecting additional approvals imminently. Mr. Wainer, also added "I am so proud of

continue to execute on our expansion plans, build up our state-approved service

Ignition Interlock laws and with pending federal legislation called
"Alisa's Law" this industry is well positioned for growth. According to data compiled by Bloomberg,
Drunk-Driving Interlock Sales may Jump five-fold to as much as $1.1 billion a
year, if the pending federal legislation passes into law.

Blow & Drive Interlock Corp (BDIC) based in Los Angeles,
California, is a publicly traded company that plans to manufacture, distribute
and franchise its’ Ignition Interlock Device Model# BDI-747 across the United
States.
The BDI-747 is a state of the art ignition interlock device, breath-alcohol
testing device approximately the size of a smartphone. The ignition interlock
device requires the driver to exhale into the device prior to starting the
vehicle. The device will prevent the vehicle from starting if the driver's
blood-alcohol content exceeds a predetermined set level. Interlocks may be
required for use by DUI or DWI ("driving under the influence" or
"driving while intoxicated") offenders as part of their mandatory
court or motor vehicle department program.
The individual subject to the court or motor vehicle order pays
for the installation/removal and monthly lease of the ignition interlock
device. The Company will provide monitoring of the device at predetermined
intervals according to state guidelines. Data will be collected and made
available to the appropriate authorities for review. The data will show all
breath tests performed and/or missed tests as well as any attempt to bypass or
circumvent the system.
