The Company is pleased to announce that with our recent production we have achieved a major milestone of over 500 units deployed to paying customers. I am confident that we are within days of closing our financing deal and I anticipate that we will be funded shortly. We have begun to setup service centers in New York as we anticipate commencing sales in August. \n The industry leaders are for the most part approved in all 50 states and each has an estimated 50,000 - 70,000 BAIID's paying offenders each and every day in the United States. We continue to pursue new state approvals as we work to grow BDIC's national ignition interlock market share to a similar level.\n Ignition interlocks have proven to reduce death, bodily injury and property damage caused by drunk drivers while still being a preferable alternative to license suspensions and jail time for both the tax paying public and the DUI/DWI offender.
