Lemontonic Inc (TM). Announces Revised Financing Terms

/NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA/

TORONTO, Oct. 13 /CNW/ - Lemontonic Inc. ("Lemontonic" or the
"Corporation") (TSX Venture: LEM-X) today announced an amendment to its
proposed financing. The price has been revised from C$0.08 per unit to $0.07
per unit. The number of units remains unchanged. The closing date is extended
from Monday Oct. 17th to Thursday Oct. 20th.
