Lemontonic Inc. announces revised financing terms

TORONTO, Oct. 6 /CNW/ - Lemontonic Inc. ("Lemontonic" or the
"Corporation") (TSX Venture: LEM-X) today announced an amendment to its
proposed financing. The price has been revised from C$0.085 per unit to $0.08
per unit. The number of units remains unchanged.
