LBG Media plc announced that all resolutions presented at its 2026 Annual General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority, including the receipt of the Annual Report and Accounts with 95.40% of votes in favour, and the re-election of directors Dave Wilson, Alexander Solomou, Alexandra Jarvis, Carol Kane, and Harry Stebbings, all receiving overwhelming support above 94%. The reappointment of BDO LLP as auditors also passed with 99.99% of votes in favour, alongside resolutions authorising the audit committee to determine auditor remuneration and granting directors authority to allot securities for cash and market purchases of shares, with the latter two special resolutions also passing with 95.83% and 99.99% of votes respectively.
