[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n24 August 2023\nLBG Media plc\n(\"LBG Media\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\n \nLBG Media plc (AIM: LBG), the UK-based multi-brand, multi-channel digital youth publisher, announces that, on 22 August 2023, it allotted 9,000 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each (\"Shares\") in the Company following the exercise of options granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, details of which were disclosed in the Company's Admission Document dated 7 December 2021.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 9,000 new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 29 August 2023.\n \nFollowing Admission, the total number of Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 206,620,642. There are no Shares held in treasury.
