Directorate change - Resignation of Richard Flint as Non-Executive Director

LBG Media plc announces that Richard Flint has decided to step down as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 31 December 2024. Richard has made this decision following the increasing time requirements of his other chair roles and projects. The Board would like to thank Richard for his significant contributions to the Company during his tenure. His insights and guidance have been invaluable, and we wish him every success in his new role.

The process to identify a suitable successor is already underway, and further announcements will be made in due course.
