The Ishkoday Property is located 220 kilometres northeast of Thunder \nBay and 28 kilometres north east of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario.\nDr. Harold Gibson evaluated the base metal and gold \nmineralization of the Ishkoday Property and concluded: \"The base and precious mineralized zones represent a \npre- to syn-D1 deformation vein system. The base and precious metal enrichment \nof altered wall rocks within 10s of metres from the mineralized zones suggest \nthat (these) zones are the product of a proximal hydrothermal system, and one \nmain mineralization event. Based on our current understanding of the geology, \nand a synvolcanic timing, the base and precious metal veins may be a product of \na transitional, low sulfidation epithermal to VMS system that developed within a \nsubvolcanic intrusion environment. The extensive development of the mineralized \nzones (within a 1km x 3km area), suggests that the veins are a product of a \nlarge, magmatic hydrothermal system and may have greater tonnage potential than \nrecognized by previous workers.\"\nIn addition, Dr. Gibson inferred that mineralized zones occur \npredominantly within a massive, coherent, feldspar porphyritic volcanic unit \nwith a restricted andesite/dacite composition and a calc-alkaline affinity. The \ncharacteristics of the massive feldspar porphyritic host rock are most \nconsistent with a high level, subvolcanic intrusion(s). Dr. Gibson's \ninterpretation that the Ishkoday property occupies an area proximal to a \nvolcanic and hydrothermal center confirms Laurion's confidence in the \nprospectivity of the project. \nStructural controls on base-metal and gold mineralization were \ninvestigated by Dr. Stefan Kruse of Terrane Geoscience Inc. Dr. Kruse concluded \nthat, \"The association of sulphide zones with extensive haloes of \nepidote and sericite alteration and the observation that sulphide zones pre-date \nD1 deformation suggests that minerali...
