(TSX.V: LME and OTCPINK: LMEFF) (“LAURION” or the\n“Corporation”)\n \n\n is pleased to announce the\nvoting results of the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of\nthe Corporation that was held on February 13, 2025 (the\n“\n \n\n Meeting\n \n\n ”).\n \n\n\n\n Election of Directors\n \n\n\n\n Each of the nominees for election as directors listed\nin the Corporation’s management information circular dated\n \n\n January 3, 2025 (the “\n \n\n Circular\n \n\n ”)\n \n\n were elected as directors of the\nCorporation for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected\nor appointed.\n \n\n\n\n Other Items of Business Considered at\nthe Meeting\n \n\n\n\n Each of the following resolutions voted on at the\nMeeting were also passed:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The reappointment of RSM LLP as auditors of the\nCorporation for the ensuing year and the authorization of the\ndirectors of the Corporation to fix their remuneration and the terms\nof their engagement.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The approval, confirmation and ratification of the\nrenewal of the Corporation’s “rolling” stock option plan (the\n“\n \n\n SOP\n \n\n ”), as such plan and such resolution are set forth in the\nCircular.
