This news release is made in accordance with the requirements of Policy 3.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"\n \n TSXV\n \n \").\n \n \n The Corporation retained the services of Dig Media Inc. dba Investing News Network (\"\n \n INN\n \n \"), for an investor marketing and advertising campaign. INN has been retained for a 12-month term that expires on\n \n March 23, 2022\n \n , and at a total cost of\n \n CAD$36,000\n \n , plus tax. The agreement remains subject to the approval of the TSXV.\n \n \n INN is a private company headquartered in\n \n Vancouver, Canada\n \n , dedicated to providing independent news and education to investors since 2007.
