(TSX-V: \n LBL) (OTCQB: \n LBLTF) (“Lattice Biologics” or the “Company”) \n announces a change in its Board of Directors and appointment of Chairman \n of the Scientific Advisory Board.\n \n \n After a successful annual general and special meeting (AGM), and a \n nomination to the Board of Directors on June 30, 2017, the Company is \n pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Loud to the Board of Directors.\n \n \n All resolutions of the AGM passed with more than 99% voting shareholder \n approval, including; election of directors, appointment of MNP LLP as \n auditors, settlement of accrued officer compensation, creation of new \n control person, approval of stock option plan and amendment to the \n Company’s articles.\n \n \n “It’s an honor to be elected to the Board of Directors of Lattice \n Biologics. The Company is a true visionary in the use of biologics and \n is on the forefront of regenerative medicine. I look forward to \n contributing my efforts to assist the Company in its continued success,” \n states Loud.\n \n \n Board of Director, Cathy Thomas, resigned her position effective June \n 26, 2017, due to conflicting time priorities. “We appreciate Cathy’s \n time and dedication, and wish her the best in the future,” states Guy \n Cook, CEO.\n \n \n The Company is also pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Kerry Zang \n to act as its Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board. “My becoming \n involved with Lattice Biologics has been a game changer for me. \n Regenerative medicine allows me the opportunity to treat patients in a \n proactive, not reactive manner.
