Full details of the Arrangement are described in the Management Information Circular of Less Mess respecting the Special Meeting that was mailed to Less Mess securityholders. A copy of the Management Information Circular is filed under the Company’s profile on SEDAR at http://www.sedar.com/.\nA total of 7,190,268 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 71.38% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares, and a total of 11,155,818 securities of the Company (collectively, common shares, stock options and common share purchase warrants), representing approximately 60.29% of the Company’s issued and outstanding securities, were voted at the meeting. The resolution approving the Arrangement was approved by all votes cast by holders of common shares and securities. \nThe Company is also pleased to announce that the Arrangement has received final approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia. \nCompletion of the Arrangement remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the receipt of all other necessary regulatory and third party approvals, and other customary conditions.
