(\"CPC\"). The appointment is effective on November 11,\n 2013.\n\n\nMark A. McNeil holds a degree in Economics from the University of New\n Hampshire. He is a seasoned executive and was until recently Senior\n Vice President Category Management at a large US foodservice\n distributor. He also held senior positions at Weston Foods Canada and\n Loblaw Companies Limited.\n\n\n\"We are pleased to welcome Mark to the Clement Pappas and Company team,\"\n said Jean Gattuso. \"His leadership qualities and outstanding track\n record in the food industry will enable CPC to continue to grow and\n prosper.\"\n\n\nCurrent CEO, Clement David Pappas, will remain with the Company and\n transition to the role of Special Advisor.
