Jean Gattuso will concurrently hold his new position\nand his current position as President and Chief Executive Officer of A.\nLassonde Inc., a subsidiary of the group.\n\n\nJean Gattuso holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a\nMaster of Business Administration from Universite du Quebec a Montreal.\n\n\nA seasoned corporate management professional, Jean Gattuso joined\nLassonde Industries Inc. in 1987 as Marketing Director for the subsidiary A.\nLassonde Inc. He then successively held the positions in that company of\nExecutive Vice-President, Marketing and Sales Administration; Assistant\nGeneral Manager; General Manger, and President and Chief Executive Officer.\n\n\nAbout Lassonde Industries Inc.\n\n\nLassonde Industries Inc. develops, manufactures and markets an innovative\nand distinctive line of fruit and vegetable juices and drinks as well as\ncertain specialty food products such as fondue broths and fondue sauces, beans\nin sauce, soups, sauces and gravies, canned corn-on-the-cob, bruschetta\ntopping, tapenades, pestos and pasta sauces. Lassonde Industries Inc. imports\nselected wines from several countries of origin for packaging and marketing\npurposes. It also imports olive oil. These products are marketed in various\npackaging and under several trademarks.
