(\"Laramide\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce it has filed an independent Mineral Resource Estimate technical report (the \"Technical Report\") on Sedar (www.sedar.com) for the Company's 100% owned Church Rock Uranium Project located in Grants Mineral Belt, New Mexico, United States. The Technical Report supports the disclosure made by the Company in its October 10, 2017 news release announcing the results of the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate. The Technical Report was prepared in CIM Definition Standards (2014) pursuant to National Instrument 43-101 \"Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects\" (\"NI 43-101\").   \n\nThe Technical Report, with an effective date of November 14, 2017, is titled \"Technical Report on the Church Rock Uranium Project, McKinley County, State of New Mexico, U.S.A.\", and was prepared by Mr. Mark B.
