(the “Company”) (OTCBB: BUKX) announces that it has acquired \nseveral mineral claims adjacent to its Lady Ermalina claims located on Vancouver \nIsland, British Columbia. The company has received full title to the claims \nin consideration for the issuance of 150,000 restricted shares of common \nstock in the company. The Company plans to explore these claims in due \ncourse.\nThe Lady Ermalina Project is 1.5 kilometres NW along strike of \nthe Randy North Zone discovered by Laramide Resources Ltd. and five kilometres \nNW of their Coronation zone and represents a prospective exploration target for \nthe discovery of Volcanogenic Massive Sulphides (“VMS”)-style Copper-Lead-Zinc \ndeposits analogous to the nearby Myra Fall and Mt. Sicker VMS Mines.\nSaid Simon Eley, ”The Lady Ermalina \"Iron Formation\" has been \nre-interpreted as a possible exhalative feature derived from massive sulphide \nmineralization at depth, as is common in the New Brunswick camp. The thickness \nof the zone in the Lady C area (up to 46 metres across) suggests economically \nsignificant dimensions. By acquiring these additional adjacent claims we have \nexpanded our land package in what we consider a highly prospective area.” \nPaul D.
