As an independent director, Ms. Baylor-Henry will serve as a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee and the Science and Technology Committee. Prior to that Ms. Baylor-Henry was a National Director for Regulatory & Capital Markets Consulting at Deloitte & Touche.
