[{"type":"text","content":"\n Landore Resources Limited\n23 January 2008\n\n\n Landore Resources Limited\n ('Landore' or 'the Company')\n\n Exercise and Grant of Options\n\nLandore is pleased to announce that £294,700 (before and after expenses) has\nbeen raised following the exercise of 3,800,000 options in the Company by\nWilliam Humphries. Following the exercise of these options, William Humphries\nwill be interested in 13,950,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company\n('Ordinary Shares') representing approximately 11.10 per cent. of the Company's\nissued share capital.\n\nApplication will be made for the admission of 3,800,000 new Ordinary Shares to\ntrading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing\nOrdinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 29\nJanuary 2008.\n\nFollowing admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting\nrights in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 125,632,798, which may be used\nby shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will\ndetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their\ninterest in, Landore under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and\nTransparency Rules.\n\nThe Company is also pleased to announce that on 22 January 2008 the Directors\napproved the grant of options over a further 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares to\nWilliam Humphries. The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time\nup to the fifth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price\nof 13.75 pence per share.
