[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7949G Land Securities Group Plc 18 May 2011 \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n18 May 2011\n \nLand Securities Group PLC (\"Land Securities\")\nTWO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS STEP DOWN FROM LAND SECURITIES' BOARD \nLand Securities has today announced that Sir Christopher Bland and Bo Lerenius will step down as non-executive directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting on Thursday 21 July 2011.\n \nBo Lerenius joined the Board in June 2004 and sits on the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations committees. Sir Christopher Bland joined the Board in 2008, chaired Trillium until its sale in January 2009, and serves on the Nominations committee. Both are stepping down to concentrate on other positions.\n \nCommenting on their contribution, Land Securities Chairman, Alison Carnwath said:\n\"Bo and Sir Christopher have made an enormous contribution to the Board in their time with the Company and I would like to thank them for their contribution and for sharing their experience and expertise with such enthusiasm. \n \n\"We will not immediately recruit replacements as we have enhanced our Board with recent appointments.
