LAND SECURITIES GROUP PLC

 

 

BLOCK LISTING

 

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

 

 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the award of shares pursuant to the following schemes:

 

Scheme(s)

 

 Land Securities 2000 and 2002 Executive Share Option Schemes

 Land Securities Group PLC 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme

 

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
