[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n LANCASHIRE HOLDINGS LIMITED \n\n23 February 2012\nLondon, UK\n\n Notice of Directorate Change \n\nLancashire Holdings Limited (\"Lancashire\" or \"the Company\") today announces\nthat Neil McConachie, President of the Company and executive member of the\nBoard of Directors, has decided to relinquish his executive role with effect\nfrom the end of 2012. It is the Board's intention that, subject to shareholder\napproval, Mr. McConachie shall continue as a Director of the Board in a non\nexecutive capacity from 1 January 2013.\n\nRichard Brindle the Group CEO of Lancashire said:\n\n\"Neil has been with us from the beginning and his wisdom and drive have played\na pivotal role in every stage of the success of Lancashire. But this is not\ngoodbye. Even though Neil will be scaling back his daily responsibilities over\nthe course of the rest of 2012 and will leave his executive position at the end\nof the year, we will continue to benefit from his knowledge and commitment as a\nnon-executive. In the meantime, on behalf of all of us at Lancashire, I'd like\nto extend our sincere thanks to Neil for his tremendous contribution to the\nstory so far.\"\n\nNeil McConachie said:\n\n\"I've had a fantastic time over the past six years since helping set up\nLancashire. Coming to the decision to move onto other things was difficult, but\nI'm looking forward to remaining employed at Lancashire for the rest of the\nyear and staying on the Board beyond that. Except for this, I plan to take time\nout from the industry. I look forward to this new phase in my continuing\ncommitment to Lancashire.
