[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n LANCASHIRE HOLDINGS LIMITED\n 10 March 2020\n Hamilton, Bermuda\n Notice of 2020 AGM and Publication of 2019 Annual Report\n Lancashire Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 29 April 2020 commencing at 12:30pm (Bermuda time) at its head office, Power House, 7 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda. For the convenience of the Company’s European shareholders, they may attend the AGM via a video link at the Lancashire Group’s London office, Level 29, 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3BY, on 29 April 2020 at 16:30pm (UK time). Shareholders entered on the register of members at close of business on 31 March 2020 (the “Record Date”) will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy).
